Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PaboFocus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. User-Generated Content Policy

PaboFocus allows users to post content in community features. You agree that:

• You will NOT post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
• You will NOT post content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
• You will NOT post spam, advertisements, or promotional material without authorization.
• You will NOT impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
• You will NOT share personal information of others without consent.

3. Zero Tolerance Policy

PaboFocus has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for:

• Objectionable content of any kind
• Harassment or bullying
• Hate speech or discrimination
• Sexually explicit material
• Violence or threats
• Spam or scams

Violations will result in immediate account suspension or termination without warning.

4. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Remove any content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter objectionable content or abusive users:

• Use the in-app "Report" feature on any post or user profile

• We will respond to all reports within 24 hours

6. Blocking Users

You can block any user at any time. Blocked users:

• Cannot see your posts or profile
• Cannot interact with your content
• Cannot send you messages

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All content you post
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Reporting violations you encounter
• Complying with all applicable laws

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant PaboFocus a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the App.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaboFocus and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.
